All rights reserved. 12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:
The relationship between Cabildo Catedral de Mallorca and the USER will be governed by the existing Spanish regulations and any dispute will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca.
